Mauerpark Sunday Market

This beautiful place is not just a nice park during the day, it turns into a very special street -& second hand streetmarket ...in German better known as "Flohmarkt".

This market very much reminds me of the time I lived in London for the past 4years. There you can find these kind of Vintage markets as well but in Berlin everyhing is sooo much cheaper!

It was a lot of fun to go through all of the funny and weird things you can find at the Mauerpark market.

From food, furniture over clothes, accesorize and even perfectly working Polaroid camers! Next time I come here I will take my own polaroid film with me and test all the cameras. Each one only costs 20€.

In case you would like to have your own stall there: It costs around 30€ per day to have your little stall there;)

I got myself a small black vintage watch for 5€+2€ for the battery. It works perfectly finde and looks absolutely cute! Very unique treasure!

I highly recomment this market experience to everybody! You will see and find things you either haven't seen before or haven't seen in years.

Weihnachtsmarkt am Alexanderplatz

One of the biggest Christmas-markets is right im the middle of Berlin on the Alexanderplatz.

At this time of the year you will find different areas of the market, for example
a food corner or a fun-park area.

All of these little stalls are nicely fit in these little christmas-market-housed which look all the same. You can hear music from every single corner most of the time funny german Apre ski songs.
There are way too many people visiting the market during the weekend.

Behind the massive "Kaufhof" shopping center you will find the fun park area for kods and those who will never ever grow up. Rollercosters, toy & game stalls, a giant weal and little flashing lights and they even have a Santa for the kids to sit on his lab and tell him your wishes. haha hilarious!!!

Tresor

Just around the corner at the U8 at Heinrich-Heine Straße Station you will find Berlin's famouse Tresor club. The Q wasn't really long at 2.30am, only about 10-15min waiting time and the security guy on the door wasn't askinging anybody questions so it was easy to get in even for tourists.

The club has it's name from back in the old days when it really was a tresor for a bank. It has been moved already to a different location but the concept is the same.
Inside you still find lots of lockers(pieces), bars & a long walk into the basement supported by flashing lights and the sound from the main floor which comes closer& closer as you reach the main dancefloor area. There you will have original brick-walls and lots hidden chill-out corners covered in red lights. One of the corridors have the same "cabine-like"boxeswhich are similar to the ones I've seen in Berghain, for people to chill, talk, have a snog or even sleep.
However, the Club has it's own "Fan-corner/shop" where you can buy Tshirts, CDs, and lots of "Tresor branded" merchandising stuff.

Tonight Dominik Eulberg was playing who is a famouse German dj & producer. If you are interested in his type of music go on soundcloud.com and listen to hid tracks ;)
Enjoy
